GrAttitude! Pay attention to what you are paying attention to.

When we pay attention to the shameless purveyors of negativity and fear (i.e.) the politicians, etc., then we amplify the negative. And, while the media tries to focus us on what is wrong to get our attention, how can we focus on what is right and good?
